panel interview
Multiple interviewer format
A panel interview is a job interview conducted by multiple interviewers simultaneously rather than one-on-one.
The candidate faces questions from several people—often representing different departments or perspectives—who later compare assessments: I was nervous walking into the panel interview, but it went well.
The format tests how candidates handle pressure and communicate with diverse audiences.
