Oversmoked describes food that has been exposed to smoke for too long, resulting in an acrid or bitter flavor that overwhelms other tastes: The brisket was oversmoked and tasted like an ashtray.
The term also applies to people who have smoked too much tobacco or cannabis: I'm feeling oversmoked after that session.
