Oh dark thirty is military slang for an unspecified time very early in the morning, before dawn—when it's still dark and the hour doesn't matter as much as the misery of being awake: We have to be at the airport at oh dark thirty.
The "oh" mimics 24-hour military time notation, where early morning hours begin with zero.
