nonsoluble
Refuses to dissolve
Nonsoluble means unable to be dissolved in a liquid, especially water.
The standard term is insoluble, which appears far more frequently in scientific and general usage: an insolubleite substance, insoluble calcium deposits.
Nonsoluble serves the same function but sounds less natural to most speakers.
