Nondeodorized describes something that hasn't had its natural odor removed or masked.
The term appears most often with oils and other products that undergo processing: nondeodorized coconut oil retains its natural scent, nondeodorized cocoa butter smells strongly of chocolate.
The unprocessed version may be preferred for flavor or perceived purity.
