leasers

They don't own

Leasers are people who lease property, either as the party granting a lease (the lessor) or the party receiving it (the lessee).

The term is ambiguous because lease itself works both ways: a landlord leases an apartment to a tenant, and a tenant leases an apartment from a landlord.

Context usually clarifies which side of the transaction is meant.

The leasers signed the agreement and took possession of the office space.
