joy buzzers
Palm-hidden prank devices
A joy buzzer is a novelty prank device worn in the palm that delivers a startling vibration or mild shock when shaking hands with an unsuspecting victim.
The name is ironic—the joy belongs to the prankster, not the startled recipient.
Joy buzzers are associated with joke shops and childish humor: He got a joy buzzer and fake vomit for his birthday.
