inly
Deep inside oneself
Inly means inwardly or within oneself—a literary and archaic adverb for internal experience: She inly rejoiced at the news.
The word appears in older poetry and prose where a character's private feelings contrast with outward composure.
Modern English would simply say inwardly or inside.
