glowing orbs
Shining round lights
Glowing orbs is a cliché for eyes, usually appearing in amateur fiction or parody of it.

The phrase sometimes describes actual luminous spheres—will-o'-the-wisps, UFOs, or mystical objects in fantasy settings—but its reputation as purple prose overshadows these uses.
