full license
Total permission granted
A full license is unrestricted authorization to operate a vehicle, granted after completing learner and provisional stages.
In New Zealand and parts of Australia, this term is standard for what Americans call a regular driver's license: She finally got her full license after two years on her restricted.
The phrase also appears in software licensing to distinguish complete access from trial or limited versions.
