foresightful
Anticipating future needs
Foresightful means having or showing foresight—the ability to anticipate future needs or consequences.
The word is rare, since *foresighted* covers the same ground more naturally: a foresighted leader, foresighted planning.
Foresightful appears occasionally but sounds slightly awkward to most ears.
