folded ear
Curved auditory flap
A folded ear is an ear that bends forward or downward rather than standing erect.
The term appears most often in descriptions of cat and dog breeds: Scottish Fold cats have ears that fold forward, while certain hounds have long, folded ears that hang alongside the face.
The puppy's folded ears gave it an endearingly droopy look.
