finger-friendly
Big touch targets
Finger-friendly describes interfaces, controls, or designs that are easy to operate with fingertips rather than precise instruments like a stylus or mouse.
The term emerged with touchscreen technology, where buttons and links need adequate size and spacing for accurate tapping: The new design features larger, more finger-friendly icons.
It can extend to physical objects with controls suited to human fingers rather than tools.
