decreasable

Able to lessen

Decreasable describes something that can be made smaller, reduced, or diminished in amount, size, or intensity.

The term appears most often in technical, economic, or policy contexts where quantities are being evaluated for potential reduction: The budget office identified several decreasable expenditures.

It is the opposite of increasable and functions as a more formal alternative to saying something "can be decreased."
