complected
Of a hue
Complected describes skin tone or complexion: a dark-complected man, light-complected children.
The word is American and somewhat informal—complexioned serves the same purpose and sounds more standard to many ears.
Both forms are correct, but complected draws occasional criticism as nonstandard despite its long history in American English.
