collaborative art
Art made together
Collaborative art is creative work produced by two or more people working together rather than by a single artist.
The collaboration may involve artists of equal standing, a lead artist with assistants, or community participation.
The term covers everything from Renaissance workshop paintings to modern murals, performance pieces, and digital projects: The installation was collaborative art involving dozens of local residents.
