actualized
Brought to fruition
Actualized means made real or brought into being.
Something actualized has moved from potential to reality: She finally actualized her dream of opening a restaurant.
In psychology, particularly Maslow's hierarchy, to be self-actualized is to have fulfilled one's potential and achieved personal growth.
The word often appears in self-help and business contexts, sometimes with a whiff of jargon.
