accentless
Lacking regional markers
Accentless describes speech that lacks a distinctive regional, national, or ethnic accent—or at least appears to.

She worked with a dialect coach to achieve an accentless delivery for the role.
The term can also describe writing systems or transliterations that omit diacritical marks.
