North Hollywood is a neighborhood in the San Fernando Valley region of Los Angeles, California.
Often abbreviated NoHo, it's known for its arts district and theater scene.
The area gained notoriety from a 1997 bank robbery and shootout with police, sometimes called the North Hollywood shootout.
