Mojo Jojo

Mojo Jojo is a villain from the animated television series *The Powerpuff Girls*, a superintelligent chimpanzee with an exposed brain who speaks in distinctive redundant patterns, restating the same idea multiple ways.

The character has become a cultural reference point for verbose, circular speech: He's doing that Mojo Jojo thing where he says the same sentence three different ways.
