I'll pass

Count me out

A polite way of declining an offer or opting out of participation.

Someone offers you dessert and you say I'll pass—you're not interested.

In card games, to pass is to skip your turn, and the phrase extends to any situation where you'd rather not engage: Want to try the fermented fish? I'll pass.
