Hazel

Hazel is a feminine given name, one of many drawn from plants and nature in the late Victorian era.

It enjoyed peak popularity in the early 1900s, faded, and has seen modest revival.

Hazel was my grandmother's name. (Lowercase hazel is a tree or eye color.)
