Great Danes
Massive spotted hounds
Great Danes are a breed of very large dogs, known for their imposing height and gentle temperament.
Despite the name, the breed originated in Germany, not Denmark.
They're sometimes called "gentle giants" for their calm disposition despite reaching heights of thirty inches or more at the shoulder: Their Great Dane takes up the entire couch.
