Easter seals
Disability organization fundraisers
Easter seals are decorative stickers sold by charitable organizations, traditionally around Easter, to raise funds for disability services.
The practice began in the early twentieth century, modeled on Christmas seals.
The term is most associated with Easterseals (formerly the Easter Seal Society), a major American nonprofit serving people with disabilities: The Easter seals campaign raised thousands for local programs.
