Darjeeling tea
Indian mountain infusion
Darjeeling tea is a black tea grown in the Darjeeling district of West Bengal, India.
Prized for its light, floral flavor and musky aroma, it's sometimes called the "champagne of teas." The taste varies by harvest season—first flush (spring) teas are lighter and more delicate, while second flush (summer) produces a fuller, amber brew: She preferred first flush Darjeeling for its brightness.
