Chicago-style hot dogs

No-ketchup Vienna beef

A Chicago-style hot dog is an all-beef frankfurter in a poppy seed bun topped with yellow mustard, chopped onions, sweet pickle relish, tomato slices, a dill pickle spear, sport peppers, and celery salt—but never ketchup.

The combination is sometimes called dragged through the garden.

Purists consider adding ketchup a serious breach of hot dog etiquette.
