world without end
For all eternity
World without end is a phrase meaning forever or eternally, used for rhetorical or poetic emphasis.
It comes from a traditional closing of Christian prayers and doxologies: Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Ghost, as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.
Outside religious contexts, it appears in literary or dramatic speech to suggest something that continues indefinitely: I would love you world without end.
