undosed
Given no treatment
Not having received a dose, especially of medication, a drug, or a vaccine.
The term appears most often in clinical and research contexts, distinguishing subjects who haven't yet received treatment from those who have: The undosed control group showed no improvement.
Outside medical settings, undosed may describe someone who hasn't taken a recreational drug: I was still undosed while everyone else was tripping.
