underdrained
Has buried drainage pipes
Underdrained describes land or soil that has drainage installed beneath the surface to remove excess water.
Agricultural fields are often underdrained with networks of buried pipes or tiles that channel groundwater away: The underdrained fields dried out faster after heavy rain.
The term also applies to anything with drainage from below rather than above.
