Stick-thin describes extreme thinness—a body so slender it evokes the narrow profile of a stick or twig.
The term often carries concern or criticism, especially regarding unhealthy weight: The model looked stick-thin on the runway.
It can also simply emphasize someone's naturally slight build: He was stick-thin as a teenager but filled out later.
