snotnose

Bratty little kid

A snotnose is a young, inexperienced, or immature person—someone whose nose might still need wiping.

The term is mildly contemptuous, often used by older people dismissing the young: Some snotnose fresh out of college thinks he can tell me how to do my job.

As an adjective, snotty-nosed or snotnosed carries the same dismissive tone.
