runtiness
Being the smallest
Runtiness is the quality of being undersized or underdeveloped compared to others of the same type.
The term comes from runt, the smallest animal in a litter: The puppy's runtiness made her the last to be adopted.
It can apply figuratively to anything conspicuously small or weak.
