respective
Belonging to each
Respective means belonging or relating separately to each of the people or things already mentioned: The guests returned to their respective homes.
It emphasizes that each item in a group has its own corresponding match—when you say students returned to their respective classrooms, each student went to their own, not someone else's.
The adverb respectively makes the correspondence explicit: John and Mary are 30 and 28 respectively.
