A quarter sheet is a baking pan measuring approximately 9 by 13 inches—one quarter the size of a full sheet pan used in commercial kitchens.
Home cooks favor quarter sheets for smaller batches of cookies, roasting vegetables, or toasting nuts: I use a quarter sheet for weeknight dinners.
The term also applies to paper cut to one quarter of a standard sheet size.
