priorly
At earlier time
Priorly means previously or beforehand: I had priorly agreed to help.
The word is rare and awkward—almost always, *previously* or *before* serves better.
It appears occasionally in legal or formal writing where someone insists on deriving an adverb from *prior* rather than using the standard alternatives.
