panel interviews
Committee hiring assessments
Panel interviews are job interviews conducted by multiple interviewers simultaneously rather than one-on-one.
The candidate faces a group—typically three to five people from different departments or levels—who take turns asking questions: She prepared for the panel interview by researching each interviewer's role.
The format lets organizations gather diverse perspectives efficiently but can feel more intimidating than sequential interviews.
