overemployment
Holding multiple positions
Overemployment describes holding more than one full-time job simultaneously, typically remote positions where the employee works both without either employer's knowledge.
The term emerged with the rise of remote work: He's been overemployed for a year, juggling two tech jobs from his home office.
Less commonly, overemployment refers to an economy where labor demand exceeds supply.
