official results
Certified election count
Official results are the formally confirmed outcomes of an election, competition, or investigation, as announced by the authoritative body responsible for certifying them.
The term distinguishes verified totals from preliminary counts, projections, or unofficial tallies: The official results won't be released until all ballots are counted.
In elections, official results come after canvassing and certification processes that may take days or weeks.
