nuts about
Head over heels
Nuts about means wildly enthusiastic or infatuated: She's nuts about jazz, He's absolutely nuts about her.
The phrase draws on the slang sense of nuts as crazy—being nuts about something suggests an almost irrational intensity of feeling.
Always positive in tone, describing passion rather than obsession.
