Disabled parking marker
A handicapped sign is a blue placard or marker displaying the International Symbol of Access—a stylized wheelchair figure—indicating parking spaces, entrances, or facilities reserved for people with disabilities.
The term is falling out of favor as *handicapped* gives way to *disabled* or *accessible*: Look for the accessible parking sign.
