game table
Where cards fall
A game table is a table designed for playing games, typically with a specialized surface—felt for cards, inlaid squares for chess, or rails for billiards.
Many have reversible or removable tops that convert between game surface and ordinary table.
The term also applies to tables in casinos where gambling takes place: She lost everything at the game tables in Vegas.
