fudgier
Richer, softer, chewier
Fudgier is the comparative form of fudgy, describing something with more of the dense, moist, chewy texture associated with fudge.
Used almost exclusively for baked goods, especially brownies: These brownies are fudgier than the ones we made last week.
The opposite end of the spectrum is cakier.
