flick off
Turn off casually
To flick off someone is to make an obscene gesture by extending the middle finger—a quick, dismissive motion: He flicked off the driver who cut him off.
The phrase also means to switch something off with a quick motion: She flicked off the light.
Context usually makes the meaning clear.
