flappable

Prone to panic

Flappable means easily flustered or prone to agitation—the opposite of unflappable.

The word is a back-formation, since unflappable came first and flappable was coined by removing the prefix: He's far too flappable to handle crisis negotiations.

It remains less common than its negative counterpart.
