enhanced edition
Better than original
An enhanced edition is a revised release of a creative work—typically a video game, book, or film—that includes improvements over the original.
These may be technical upgrades like better graphics or sound, additional content, or quality-of-life changes: The enhanced edition added new quests and fixed longstanding bugs.
Publishers use the label to distinguish improved versions from basic rereleases.
