Product's ultimate user
An end consumer is the person who ultimately uses a product, as opposed to intermediaries who manufacture, distribute, or sell it.
The term appears in business and regulatory contexts to distinguish final users from those in the supply chain: Safety regulations exist to protect the end consumer.
Also called end user, though that phrase more often applies to software and technology.
