elephant memory
Never forgets anything
An elephant memory is an exceptional ability to remember things over long periods, especially details others would forget.
The phrase draws on the folk belief that elephants never forget.
Someone with an elephant memory recalls old slights, past conversations, or obscure facts with uncanny precision: She has an elephant memory for anyone who's wronged her.
