Decideth is an archaic or biblical form of the verb decide, using the third-person singular present tense ending -eth that was standard in Early Modern English.
It appears in older religious texts and is sometimes employed for deliberately antiquated or humorous effect: The Lord decideth all matters of the heart.
Outside of quoting scripture or affecting an old-fashioned tone, the form has no place in contemporary usage.
