Large flexible container
A bulk bag is a large flexible container, typically made of woven polypropylene, designed to store and transport dry goods in large quantities—grain, sand, fertilizer, chemicals.
Also called a FIBC (flexible intermediate bulk container) or big bag.
They hold anywhere from a few hundred to several thousand pounds and usually have lifting loops for handling by forklift or crane: The construction site had bulk bags of gravel stacked near the entrance.
