bruise treatment
Healing black-and-blue
Bruise treatment refers to methods for caring for a bruise—typically rest, ice, compression, and elevation (RICE), along with time.
Most bruises heal on their own within two weeks as the body reabsorbs pooled blood beneath the skin.
For bruise treatment, apply ice for twenty minutes several times a day.
